137 St Georges Terrace

Curtin University’s education hub at 137 St Georges Terrace is a stunning expression of sustainable building design, with the premises receiving WA’s first 6 Star Greenstar Certified Interior within a Heritage listed building.

We were thrilled to work with Design Theory to meet the brief requirements, which included careful consideration of material health. We chose Zepel window treatments to improve thermal and acoustic performance while maintaining heritage character, generous Tretford rugs in the learning and meeting zones, and Instyle Ecoustic panels to further improve sound absorption.
